Val is a lovely Dutch New Forest mare
imported from the Netherlands, also
registered with the ISR/Oldenburg and
American Warmblood Society Sport
Pony divisions. Scoring 101 at her ISR
inspections at the age of 3, she's a
typey mare with a big stride and a big
heart. Her first foal, Fortune's Inara,
went premium and blue preferred at
her inspections and was retained by
Stonefield to add to the pony
broodmares. Val's 2005 foal, Forrest
Gund (Figi), was sold to Trevelyan
Farm as a sales prospect and is now
turning heads in the dressage ring -

weeks of age, and blue preferred at
her AWR inspections one month later.
Now started under saddle, Inara has
matured into a powerful and scopey
mover with incredible hock action. She
is looking forward to a few years of
showing before starting to pass along
some of her tremendous bloodlines.

scoring Pony to have completed the
Performance Testing at the 100 Day
Test and has gone on to a successful
career in the upper levels of dressage.
